Printer hardware, software, networks, supplies, and operating systems vary. We do not guarantee that a guide will resolve a particular problem or prevent data loss, supply use, downtime, or hardware damage.
Safety limits
Do not open power supplies, touch exposed electrical components, bypass safety interlocks, handle hot fuser components, use sharp tools internally, modify firmware, or continue using a printer that sparks, overheats, smells burnt, has liquid damage, or has a damaged cable.
